Among many others, the most outstanding elements to be visited at the museum are the Sant Jordi altarpiece created by Pere Niçard in the XVth century and the Roman carving of "Crist del Sant Sepulcre" (Christ of Holy Sepulchre) that dates back to the XIIIth century from the San Jaime parish church from Palma.

The Diocesan Museum displays works of art from La Seu Cathedral as well as from several churches and monasteries of Mallorca: Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque paintings and sculptures; silver items and decorative arts.
